Snails are one of the most appreciated snacks during spring. They are picked while walking in the countryside or bought in the local market. Traditionally they are eaten with toasted bread with butter and a cold beer.
We´ll start with the history of the snail, followed by the preparation of the snails and its tasting.
Along the workshop, we will appreciate the snails and talk about the Council of Loulé, the Algarve and the Mediterranean Diet.
