My husband and I had the pleasure of spending our morning with our guide, Mateus, as he accompanied us to ham, liquors and honey producers. What a treat each one was! The raw ham process was fascinating & the tasting delicious. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you, Mateus!
